

In the process of marrying farmer and moving to Delaware,
city girl resigns job in D.C., gets to work launching her pr biz and uncovers
the virtues of farm life. On this unexpected adventure, city girl learns to
drive a tractor, makes her first batch of strawberry jam and discovers the
thrill of riding in a combine at harvest time. She also helps to paint the
farm’s old, gray barn; and during its revival, city girl dreams of the day she
will move her office into the “new” brown barn.
Until then, city girl and farmer live in Wilmington, DE; she thrives by working on her pr biz and together, they delight in weekends on the farm.
